About Us

With a combined total of over 40 years in the skin industry, Carrie and Challise have worked with clients from toddlers to senior adults. In their life as salon owners at Challise & Company they have often been asked to accommodate aging clients who need special attention at their salon or need in-home services. Noticing a growing trend for this and the need for fully functional salons at senior living facilities, they embarked on a new business model which allows them to work directly with builders and designers to build out the perfect space within their facility for residents to get the services they’ve come to enjoy throughout the years. Carrie and Challise work closely with the facility, the residents, and their family members to ensure they have an understanding of what each client needs; which is especially important when working with the memory care residents. Each team member hired by Cabat Consulting and Management is a fully trained licensed professional who has each resident’s wellbeing in mind during every service. Our Services

We provide consulting services to facility owners and their design team to build out a state of the art salon facility to accommodate residents living independently, with assisted care, and those in memory care. Upon completion, we will staff your location with licensed professionals to perform hair, skin, nail, and body services.
